ResponsibilitiesAscension Saint Thomas Cardiovascular Service Line is adding a Co?Director.
The Ascension Saint Thomas Heart Cardiovascular Service Line consists of 78 cardiologists, 9 cardiac surgeons, and 93 advanced level practitioners providing services across 20 Ascension Saint Thomas and independent Hospitals and 45 clinic facilities throughout Tennessee. The Cardiovascular Service Line Co?Director will join the current Co?director (cardiac surgeon) to serve as both a clinical leader and a practicing cardiologist, partnering with administrative and medical teams to manage and enhance the cardiovascular service line. This position requires balancing direct patient care with strategic oversight to advance the quality, growth, and integration of cardiovascular services.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
? Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. KY License also required if working in a Kentucky facility.
Education:
? Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
