Physician - Cardiology - Mercy Health - Defiance Hospital

Mercy Health is seeking a dedicated Cardiology Physician to join our team at Mercy Health Defiance Hospital. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive cardiology care including office visits, procedures, and consults in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct office visits, consultations, and procedures at Mercy Health Defiance Clinic and Hospital.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests including EKG, echocardiogram (Echo), and stress testing.
• Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams and participate in case conferences.
• Provide high-quality clinical care with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with referring physicians to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records.

• State-of-the-art radiology and laboratory services onsite to support comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

• Board certification or eligibility in Cardiology.
• Completion of a Fellowship program in Cardiology.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in the state of Ohio.
