We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team as a Residency Faculty Member. This role is ideal for a physician with a passion for clinical excellence and a commitment to medical education. The successful candidate will work alongside our highly skilled team to provide top?tier emergency care while mentoring and teaching residents in our accredited Emergency Medicine Residency Program.

Key Responsibilities:

? Provide high?quality, evidence?based care in a busy emergency department setting

? Supervise, mentor, and teach residents and medical students during clinical shifts

? Participate in the development and delivery of the residency curriculum, including lectures, simulation, and bedside teaching

? Engage in scholarly activities such as research, publications, and presentations

? Provide feedback and assessments of residents' clinical performance

? Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient?centered care

? Participate in departmental and hospital committees as needed

? Maintain up?to?date knowledge of emergency medicine best practices and advances

Qualifications:

? MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

? Board certification or board eligibility in Emergency Medicine

? Current, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility for licensure) in Pennsylvania

? Previous teaching or academic experience is preferred but not required

? Strong clinical skills with a commitment to patient safety and quality improvement

? Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
