Physician- Family Medicine- Columbus Clinic- Columbus, WI

SSM Health Dean Medical Group, a 500+ physician multi-specialty group, is seeking a Family Physician to join its clinic in Columbus, Wisconsin.

The Opportunity:

• Outpatient practice, with an option for Inpatient or OB scopes of practice
• A well-established team of 1 Family Physician and 2 Advanced Practitioners
• Family Physicians see approximately 18-22 patients per day
• Call is telephone only and triaged by a skilled nurse.
• Specialists from SSM Health Dean Medical Group in Madison come to Columbus on a regular basis for outpatient clinics (Oncology, Otolaryngology, Ob/Gyn, Infectious Disease, Ophthalmology/Optometry, and Infusion)

• Columbus Community Hospital is a recently remodeled 25-bed critical access hospital, and offers a wide range of services including obstetrics, ICU, surgical services, ancillary services, diagnostic services, & emergency services
