Physician Leader - Geriatrics | $350K+ Comp | No Call | Minneapolis, MN

Brand new opportunity serving as Chief Medical Officer of a busy geriatric-focused primary care practice. This group is seeking a results-oriented physician to expand their footprint in the long-term care community in Minnesota.

• Provide true impact in senior communities by joining a program that is not your traditional brick and mortar private practice
• Offer leadership to 42 providers (MDs, PAs, & NPs) in several senior community settings, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Transitional Care, Memory Care, and Long-Term Care.
• Monday-Friday schedule with no call requirements
• Administrative responsibilities will flex every week with an average of 10 hours per week, integrating this work within patient-facing time
• This role is ideal for physicians who thrive in a stimulating environment and value building collaborative relationships
• Compensation packages starting at $350K with 6 weeks off per year and 100% employer paid health insurance premium + retirements, paid med mal, and full benefits package
• Position is open to Family Medicine, Internal Medicine & Geriatrics trained physicians. Physicians with Long Term Care or Geriatric experience are encouraged to apply.
