40 year established Ob-Gyn practice for sale in Key West, FL. This is a small town and considered rural health care. Currently this is the only female-only practice for 150 miles. Gyn only now, but could easily re-expand to Obstetrics. Income level is proportional to how busy you choose to be. There is also an APRN. The practice is actually not for sale; I would give it to the right person. Your only initial overhead would be salaries for 3 1/2 employees and rent, along with your malpractice.
