Essentia Health-Fargo is seeking an AP/CP board eligible or board-certified pathologist to join our team of 4 pathologists, which include hematopathology and dermatopathology fellowship-trained pathologists, and 2 pathology assistants.

PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• Team of 4 pathologists, which includes hematopathology and dermatopathology fellowship-trained pathologists, and 2 pathology assistants
• Position is open for general pathologists and fellowship trained pathologists. Experience and fellowship training is desired but not required. All subspecialties will be considered.
• On call coverage is divided equally amongst pathologists
• Strong clinical pathology skills preferred
• Expanding referral practice
• Outreach and laboratory medical directorships
• Dedicated supportive staff and laboratory operations team
• PAs perform gross dissections including frozen sections
• No autopsies
• Epic & Epic Beaker

REQUIREMENTS

• BC/BE in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
• BC/BE in Fellowship as applicable (fellowship not required)

• Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota
• 3.5 hours northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul
• Fargo-Moorhead population: 225,000
• Regional service area consists of 25 clinics and 6 hospitals

COMPENSATION

• $476,000   Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
