An established, collegial, and physician-led private practice outside Minneapolis, Minnesota (MN) seeks a Pediatrics Physician (PED) to join their team.

Position Details:
- 4-day work week and team focus on work/life balance
- EMR - EPIC
- 15-20 patients per day
- Join an established team of 20+ Physicians who are excited to mentor new graduates - ~50% joined the group as new graduates themselves

Compensation:
- Year 1 recruitment package of $363,000
- Competitive two-year guarantee with potential to bonus immediately - Partnership available after 1 year
