Picking Lead
Job Description
Requirements
- Overseeing and assisting with picking orders in accordance with location, accuracy and on time.
- Communicating status of operation to management, including any safety and/or process problems.
- Accepting and providing constructive coaching and feedback.
- Maintaining the security within the department.
- Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.
- Assisting with housekeeping and organization responsibilities for the work area.
- Performing other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs occasionally, with the team support, lift and/or move objects greater than 50 lbs.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Required basic computer & scanner skills.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse environments is a plus.
- Third-Party Logistics experience a plus.
