Company: Art Frame Expo Position: Picture Frame Sales and Store Assistant Manager (PICTURE FRAMING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED) Location: Dallas Texas Are you a highly experienced and motivated individual with a passion for picture framing, design and excellent managerial skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Picture Frame Sales and Store Manager. Responsibilities: Sales Management: Oversee all aspects of picture frame sales, including customer inquiries, product selection, and closing sales. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Train and mentor sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and selling techniques. Maintain a strong customer focus, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cleanliness. Ensure the store is providing the highest level of service. Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement improvements to optimize store efficiency. Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and welcoming shopping environment. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer personalized recommendations. Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner. Foster strong relationships with repeat customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business. Financial Management: Monitor and manage the store's budget, expenses, and sales targets. Implement cost-control measures while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction. Requirements: • Minimum of 4 years of experience in picture frame sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with experience in supervising and training a sales team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with customers and staff. • In-depth knowledge of various picture frame materials, styles, and customization options. • Demonstrated passion for art, design, and creativity is a plus. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
