Description
This PIM Coordinator is responsible for coding, validating, and populating product and promotional data, supplied by Merchandising and other departments, for products' SKUs, items, vendors, and gift lists into Enterprise product information systems (BCS, Oracle, and Atlas), Access databases, web applications and related systems. Other responsibilities include setting up promotional discounts per Marketing for our Call Centers; creating and distributing reports for Merchandising, Sales Service and other departments; using reports and queries to analyze data for functional validity and accuracy; and modifying data using macros and micros for automated population or for manual input.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage SKU, Item, Vendor, Prom, and Gift list data in BCS, Oracle and Atlas systems. Data is gathered using various custom built applications, spreadsheets, and email, and then loaded in key systems using macros, and data entry screens. Data is managed for Catalog, Website, Outbound Telemarketing, B2B, TeleSpecial, and Wholesale. Data includes pricing, availability, fulfilment information, coupons, delivery charges, catalog versions, greeting cards, relationships for gift lists, etc.
- Create or modify Items per ad hoc requests, to support flexible marketing strategies for the website. Manage sold-out items by populating Suggested Sub relationships. Populate Upsell, Cross Sell, and Add-On relationships to increase sales. Facilitate complex chocolate changeovers for Call Center and website.
- Ensure quality of data, using Access queries and mioweb SQL queries, and by corresponding with Merchants or Marketing about questionable data. Create and distribute Final Prom Quality reports by version. Compare BCS setup to catalog hand bounds.
- Help PIM Lead Coordinator to Troubleshoot Call Center and website issues, researching BCS and Oracle data, and working closely with Internet Requests for web issues. Work with Merchandising, Internet Requests, Sales Service, BPA (Inventory), PIM/SAP, Purchasing, Logistics, DP, and IT EComm, and IT mainframe team, to research and resolve issues.
- Analyze and address Merchandising support needs. Review hundreds of email requests daily, responding to dozens. Assist Merchants with ElectroSKUtion, pagination, EISU, lead-time calculations, and all MIM database front ends. Educate Merchants, Internet Marketing, Marketing on fine points of: Lead-time, Perishability codes, Holiday cutoffs, ElectroSKUtion db, Pagination db, Early Item Setup db, and all new mioweb databases as developed
- Assist with requirements for database solutions that expedite setup work and quality checks. Participate in development of creative workarounds to overcome system limitations. Build regular and ad hoc Access reports.
- Assist with PIM UAT (acceptance testing) for changes in code to various applications, such as our DM website functionality, CCS changes, or BCS Mainframe MIM screens.

Requirements
- 2 years Associates, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years' experience with an Order Entry System
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite application knowledge.
- End user experience with SharePoint.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing directives and priorities.
- Proficiency in creating charts, pivot tables, and creating visual representations of data.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
- Eagerness to dive into the data to solve the questions that drive the business forward.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to look at vast amounts of data and recalling specific sets of data.
- Familiarity with Merchandising, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain best practices highly preferred.
- Requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact with various departments and to explain complex system issues to user groups.
