Summary

Oversee PIO installations and processes and troubleshoot installation problems. Lead PIO employees and staff to timely and accurate task completion.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions

Primary

• Control flow of vehicles in and out of PIO shop.
• Overall understanding of PIO installations.
• Assist team members to assure quality installations.

Secondary

• Ensure proper documentation is completed on each install.
• Ensure automotive lifts are functioningproperly.
• Ensure torque wrenches are calibrated correctly.

Tertiary

• Works with internal and external customers.
• Run morning reports, end of shift recap reports.
• Preforms other task assigned by management.

• Handheld Scanners
• Troubleshooting automotive issues
• Computer Knowledge (Excel, Word, Veles).

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma/G.E.D
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• 1 - 2years of accessory installation and mechanical aptitude experience
