Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Mortgage Pipeline Manager with exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of mortgage operations. The ideal candidate can manage a high-volume pipeline, collaborate effectively across teams, and continuously seek opportunities to improve pipeline performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end loan pipeline, ensuring efficient loan processing from submission to funding.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including loan officers, underwriters, and processing teams, to resolve pipeline bottlenecks and drive timely loan progression.
• Provide real-time reporting and updates on the status of the loan pipeline, ensuring transparency and communication across stakeholders.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements to streamline pipeline management.
• Monitor and forecast pipeline volume, helping to ensure the team can effectively manage capacity.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in mortgage operations, pipeline management, or loan processing.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products, underwriting processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Experience with loan origination systems (LOS), product pricing engines (PPE), TPO systems and other mortgage technology platforms.

Salary Range: $110-130k based on experience.
