The MNTN smarter tracking pixel serves as the entry point of data flow into the MNTN platform, firing across thousands of websites and responding to hundreds of millions of requests per day. The MNTN smarter tracking pixel handles gathering dynamic data in real-time and quickly funneling data downstream to various points of our software architecture to deliver a rapid response cross device advertising experience for our clients.  

What You’ll Do:

• Write scalable dynamic JavaScript capable of running without issue on the websites of some of the biggest brands in the nation
• Troubleshoot and problem solve issues affecting many different parts of the software architecture
• Develop and improve internal tools and dashboards 
• Collaborate with and explain complex technical issues to Clients, Sales Account Managers, and Platform Experience Managers
• Optimize and enhance existing products

What You’ll Bring:

• 1+ years of vanilla JavaScript experience or coding bootcamp experience
• 1+ years experience writing SQL queries 
• 1+ years experience with JavaScript frameworks (Node.js, React, etc.)
• Experience with web scraping and DOM traversing
• Knowledge of HTML elements, CSS Classes and DataLayers
• Knowledge of HTTP lifecycle
• Knowledge of tag manager systems such as Google Tag Manager 
• Knowledge of ecommerce frameworks such as Shopify 
• Knowledge of APIs, asynchronous data fetching, and integrations
• Comfortable debugging scripting issues using browser developer tools
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA3 and GA4)
• Experience working with ticketing systems such as JIRA and ZenDesk
• Experience working with clients and willing to join client technical support and issue resolution calls
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non technical members
• Knowledge of digital marketing campaigns, goals, and audiences
