Placement Student - Engineering Project Co-Ordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Co-Ordinator to join our team specializing in Electric Vehicle Traction Systems for our Project and Customer Engineering department in (Cwmbran, UK). During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential! This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence 4 August 2025.

The requirements are to be fully onsite Monday to Friday for this role, with some flexibility, so you will need to be able to travel or relocate to the location.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Support Project execution with technical bias
• Analytic support of technical project requirements
• Support facilitation of project meetings
• Work with the cross functional teams involved in various projects
• Work within CAD environment to support Bill of Materials configuration and issue resolution tasks
• Involvement with technical reviews of parts design with local and global teams of engineers

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Studying for a Degree in within Engineering Discipline
• Strong Organizational Skills and Self Motivated
• Excellent Communication and Team Working Skills
• Process and Results Driven
