Plan Administrator - SkillBridge Program

Your role

Are you currently transitioning from the US Armed Services and seeking a career opportunity in the Financial Services Industry? We are looking for someone like you to participate in our SkillBridge training program and to:

• respond to client requests and drive client satisfaction by consistently meeting SLAs
• be accountable for all aspects of service delivery, as it relates to plan administration
• be responsible for meeting client deliverables such as processing trades and settlement paperwork, client reporting, project work and purchase or lapse testing
• adhere to audit process and ensure we remain compliant in all audit surveys
• analyze client data to ensure accurate processing of import files, transactions or reports

• ensure all participant stock plan transactions are correctly processed and settled in a timely manner
• survey and track Disqualifying Dispositions
• manage high level assigned clients (quantity and/or complexity)
• interact with internal clients regarding stock plan database, inquiries and corrections

Your team

The Skillbridge Program is a full-time apprenticeship designed to provide transitioning service members the training, development and practical on-the-job experience necessary to build a successful career in financial services. Successful participants in the SkillBridge program may be hired directly into open roles at the conclusion.

Your expertise

• honorably discharging from active service from US Armed Services
• must be a transitioning service member approved for DOD SkillBridge to be considered
• able to balance corporate responsibility and risks opposite client needs
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• able to work independently as well as part of a team
• strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work load
• detail-oriented with an ability to deliver excellent customer service while also maintaining strong leadership skills
• proficient in MS Office suite; specifically in Excel (required)
• well developed analytical and problem solving skills necessary to identify and recommend solutions
• strong interest and basic understanding of financial services, equity markets, and/or wealth management
• high school diploma (or equivalent), currently enrolled in or pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or recently attained a Bachelor's Degree
• honorable discharge
• must be a transitioning service member eligible for DoD Skillbridge Internship program
