Planner, Outsourcer
Job Description
Role Summary
The planner is responsible for ensuring timely production and delivery of required parts from suppliers. He/she works in cooperation with the Technology, Quality and Purchasing Departments to ensure the entire parts production process, from supplier enquiries, through securing quotations, issuing orders to the delivery of parts to stock, including the resolution of any complaints.
Your role
-
Communication with suppliers and arranging production of finished parts from third parties (inquiry, quotation, order and delivery). Resolving complaints, priorities and delivery deadlines.

Supplier capacity planning in conjunction with production planning.

Quotation development and demand management.

Processing of purchase orders and purchase orders in SAP system.

Searching for potential new suppliers and technical development and support of existing suppliers in cooperation with the Technology, Quality and Purchasing Department.

Communication with customers in English.
Your profile
-
High school/university education in mechanical engineering
-
Work experience in the field for at least 3 years
-
Advanced knowledge of the English language both written and verbal
-
Reading of technical documentation
-
Group B driving licence
-
Knowledge of MS Office and MRP system (SAP is an advantage)
-
Knowledge of ISO processes an advantage
-
Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers on terms, conditions, deadlines and quality of deliveries.
