Job Description

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in demand forecasting, supply chain planning, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in forecasting tools and software, with a strong understanding of Excel, ERP systems (Acumatica preferred), and data analytics platforms such as Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and present data-driven insights to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

We seek team members who are adept at contributing their expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Experience with retail forecasting, inventory management, or capacity planning.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles, including lead times, capacity constraints, and inventory optimization.
• Adaptability to new systems and technologies, with a mindset for continuous improvement.
