About Us

Honeylove is a venture-backed DTC startup founded by EDM artist Betsie Larkin. After searching high and low for quality shapewear that made her feel confident on stage, Betsie decided to create her own line of stage-worthy shapewear and launched publicly in 2018.
 
Honeylove grew quickly over the past couple of years and has a customer base approaching 1 million, as well as praise from countless publishers (eg: New York Times, Good Morning America, etc). We were the fastest growing large DTC brand in Q2 2021, and are funded from top investors such as Lightspeed, Y Combinator, and Serena Williams.
 
Since our launch in 2018, Honeylove has expanded to tops, bras, and many other garments that have set new standards in their segments. We apply a technical and artistic approach to problems we see in the fashion industry, creating products that serve our customers of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds.

About this Role
We are looking for an experienced inventory planning and allocation professional to join our team. This role is responsible DTC planning, aggregating DTC & Wholesale forecasts, recommending purchase orders based on vendor mins, as well as developing an allocations process once inventory is on hand. This role will collaborate with internal cross functional partners to support new product launches, drive operational improvement, maximize instock while maintain a healthy WOS. This role reports into our VP of Operations. Our corporate office is in downtown LA; while this role can be remote, there may be occasional travel to our office. Responsibilities:
Create and implement planning and replenishment plans.
Be the company interface between the data warehouse and ecommerce sales platforms.
Work closely with Production on timing of orders, and AIR/Ocean splits
Inventory allocation between DTC, Wholesale EDI, Wholesale Drop Ship
Work directly with the leadership team to achieve the highest level of sales while maintaining healthy inventory WOS
Drive for continuous improvement. This means streamlining processes, eliminating redundancy, and constantly evaluating effectiveness.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in inventory management, planning, supply chain, or a related function.
Proven work experience as a Planning professional. Technical skills in Inventory Management
fundamentals and systems
