Planning Engineer - Project (2-3 years' experience)

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, including work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and critical path analysis.
• Coordinating with the internal stakeholders of the project like Design, Architecture, QS, Procurement, Site, and sales on the project progress.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential construction issues and develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of construction materials and equipment.
• Monitor and track project progress against established schedules, identifying deviations and implementing corrective measures.
• Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, resource utilization, and budgetary analysis.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to pre-cast construction planning.

Technical Skills:

• Hands on experience on using MSP/Primavera, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point.
• Basic understanding in the project flow and operations.
• Project activity sequencing and scheduling.
• Good knowledge of reading drawings.
• Basic knowledge on quantity takes off for the materials
