Job Description for Planning Manager :
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive project plans and schedules for our construction projects. This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes, engineering principles, and project management methodologies.
Project Planning

• Develop and implement Master project plans and schedules.
• Develop detailed project plans outlining timelines, resources, and budget allocations.
• Coordinate with project managers & technical teams, to align project objectives and strategies.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules for contractor deployment.
• Coordinate with project managers and contractors to align deployment schedules with project timelines
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, proposing solutions when necessary. and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track and analyze project progress, adjusting schedules as required.
• Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes and delays
• Provide regular updates on project progress and any issues that arise
• Allocate resources efficiently to meet project demands.
• Monitor resource usage and optimize allocation to avoid bottlenecks.
• Estimate costs and resources required for projects.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and advice to the project team.
• Generate project reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Work closely with project team to understand requirements and objectives.

Material Planning

• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand for materials.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet project schedules.
• Resolve supply chain-related issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on material and inventory management.

Factory Planning

• Conduct regular reviews of material demand and supply patterns to identify trends and make necessary adjustments.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve production planning
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with factory production and Logistic team to verify delivery and shipment details.
• Track and monitor shipment operations of factory production and installation at project.
• Develop shipment schedules focusing on the optimization of project & installation timeline
