Planning Manager

What You’ll Do:

The Planning Manager is responsible for managing parts of the overall planning function within the Planning team such as OTB management and SKU-level replenishment under the direction of the Sr. Category Planning Manager. This role is highly collaborative and partners closely with a variety of cross-functional teams. 

• Analyze historical data, market trends, and consumer insights to forecast demand and anticipate sales patterns accurately for assigned categories. 
• Track forecast accuracy of assigned categories and assist in determination of category-specific next steps based on seasonality, trend and overall company strategy. 
• Ownership of Reformation’s SKU-level replenishment program - coordinate and align with Merchandising department on assortment. Provide PO direction for portions of the SKU-level replenishment model for “always in stock” style-colors. 
• Work closely with Raw Materials and Merchandising to plan fabric and trim buys for categories as assigned. 
• Ad hoc reporting, projects and analysis as necessary.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
• 5+ years of experience in Planning 
• Strong Analytical and Math Skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong Excel Knowledge (Google Sheets a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial culture
