The job

This position is responsible for planogram updates across all categories. Specifically, you'll:

• Captain planogram updates across all categories with top priority being hand tools and storage category captainships.
  • New product launches
  • Existing set refreshes
  • Test executions
• Understand and maintain SKU/Store assignments (AMT keys) for all hand tool and storage category captainships.
• Own back warehouse sets for all bays.
  • Keep existing sets current and presentation ready for customer meetings.
  • Work with NAMs and ANAMs on new POG concepts
  • Organize and manage sample shipments in/out of warehouse.
• Innovation Center and Customer set support
  • Assist sales team with Home Depot Innovation Center delivery/set up of QPs, endcaps, and other quarterly promo executions.
  • Core POG sets for PLR meetings and merchant reviews.
• Maintain key category comp shops across businesses (this can always be fall back activity during any captainship work slow periods)

The Person

You're a curious problem solver who has the ability to bring big ideas to life. You're creative and scrappy but can navigate a large organization with ease. You're agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we deliver top-notch customer experiences, always. You also have:

• 4-year college degree or relevant work experience
• Develop and execute best-in-class planograming.
• Highly effective communicator with customers and SBDK team personnel
• Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
