Plant Business Finance Specialist

Be a key person as finance business partner to support plant operation team on performance driving;

• Prepare monthly productivity reporting package following schedule, track department performance;

• Coordinate with plant departments to prepare rolling forecast package following schedule;

• BCI review and system approval for PR, PR and GR;

• Work closely with CACC on yearly external audit;

• Analyzing cost by project/new product and work on annual CSC/TP campaign

• Assist CACC in Balance Sheet items review, HFM reporting, long aging items cleanups and capital investments tracking, etc;

• Lead and secure factory compliance;

• Adhoc request per business requirement.

Professional Experience:

At least 3 years working experience in finance fields;

Education background:

Bachelor degree and above;
