• Deliver Operational Excellence: Partner across functions to meet and exceed goals in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability.
• Develop Talent & Culture: Be accountable for building a high-performing workforce, ensuring a pipeline of critical talent, and fostering engagement at all levels.
• Protect & Optimize Assets: Lead governance to safeguard operational standards, compliance, and asset value.
• Build Relationships: Act as a vital bridge between internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and elevate Mondelēz's equity and reputation.

What You'll Bring

• Exceptional Leadership Experience: Proven track record in driving manufacturing performance, with expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and 5S practices.
• Strategic and Growth Mindset: Strong financial and business acumen combined with project management expertise to deliver measurable results.
• Inspiring Leadership: Excellent communication skills. Inspire the team in developing and executing our vision and goals, coupled with coaching abilities that empower teams to thrive.
• Cross-Functional Excellence: Deep understanding of supply chain, demand planning, and commercial functions, with a history of building strong collaborative relationships.
