A thriving Plastic Surgery practice located in Fresno, California is seeking a full-time Plastic Surgeon to join their team. This is a lucrative opportunity for Surgeon's who are seeking strong income potential into the $1M range without the headache of handling support and administrative duties.

The Position:
• Practice alongside 1 other Plastic Surgeon and a full support and OR staff
• 3 OR days and 2 clinic days per week; operate out of a fully-equipped ASC with 2 OR's
• Case mix includes Breast, Liposuction, Mommy Makeovers, Tummy Tucks, and some Face Lifts + Cosmetics
• No call, all surgeries are scheduled
• Compensation includes a Base Guarantee between $350-500K + % of monthly production, Sign-on of $50K, Full Benefits + PTO
• Current Surgeon is making $1.1M per year
