Job Description
Job Title: Lead Mfg Equipment Maintenance Technician
Reports To (title of manager) Supervisor mfg equipment maintenance
Group/Division: LPG/LCD
Career Band: 4
Position Location: Roskilde
Day/Shift
Position Summary: To ensure efficiency and quality in relation to customer requirements and the company's quality management system
Key Responsibilities:
• Chip in to a safe working environment
• Align with safety procedures/rules at the factory
• Set up/adjust all injection molding machines according to the plans

• Set up/adjust all automats belonging to the machines in production
• Technical and systematic problem solving on production equipment.
• Compliance with GMP rules/requirements in connection with set up/adjustment
• Compliance with GMP rules/requirements in connection with production
• Follow TPM in everyday life
• Ensure a careful handover to the next team/shift
• Ensure tidiness in the area
• Put quality first in collaboration with Quality Assurance
• Actively participate in STAR/improvement board meetings
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
• Educated plastic molder or equivalent have many years of detailed experience with plastic molding
• IT knowledge at user level
• Be coordinated and good at communicating with other colleagues and coordinators
• Sense of order
• Able to read, write and speak Danish
• Able to share knowledge.
Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:
• Experience or education as a plastic molder
