Your Role and Responsibilities

Act as the Lead Architect for proposals and projects:

• Study solution (Identify & organize Requirements compare & select Solutions etc.)
• Evaluate Application and Infrastructure architecture standardization progress testing and migration
• Responsible for leading technology within the organization such as in areas of Multi Cloud and Generative AI; improving own skills and deploying them within the organization (asset development study groups etc.).

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in implementation and in planning promoting activities and communicating with customers as a team leader for medium to large system development projects regardless of infrastructure or application.
• Interest in technology and ability to improve skills independently.
• Also open to those with proven determination to quickly develop and take on Lead Architect duties through studies and OTJ project experience
• Advance business level Japanese (reading writing speaking) essential to execute duities
• Preferably located near Tokyo region; however Kansai region can also be open to consideration.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience leading major large scale projects and teams.
