You will join a small team of very senior engineers, building and maintaining core software building blocks and setting common standards and engineering best practices.”

• You will enhance productivity by proactively identifying and implementing developer tooling, automation, and more efficient development processes.

• You will design, build, and maintain core software infrastructure foundational to the organization's various applications.

• You will identify and eliminate code duplication across engineering teams to enhance standardization and reduce costs.

• You will document and share development best practices, coding standards, and lessons learned to foster knowledge sharing and establish a uniform quality standard.

• You will ensure the scalability, performance, and security of software or tooling, collaborating with other teams to maintain these standards.

• You will collaborate with development and operations teams to implement DevOps practices, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) and automation.

• You will help and mentor less experienced developers and help us build a strong engineering team.

• You are educated in the field, preferably with a Master's degree, or you have several years of experience working in a well-known and established SaaS company.

• You have at least ten years of experience using modern front-end tooling and frameworks.

• While your main passion is the frontend, you are full stack.

• You have an empathic perspective, which allows you to see the many aspects of a problem.

• You can work back from the problem domain towards technical solutions, making technical decisions and breaking problems into manageable chunks on the way.

• You're a strong written and verbal communicator and very fluent and comfortable with English. You are able to explain technical concepts and help bring consensus within the team.

Bonus:

• You like and have experience developing complex graphical user interfaces using web technology

• You enjoy and have a good eye for design and UX

• You are working in the European time zone
