Platform Implementation & Operations - Vice President

 About the Role 

iCapital is looking for an experienced Vice President to join the Enterprise Integration team. This role will report to the Head of Enterprise Integration, Managing Director, and will manage and oversee the implementation of enterprise relationships with asset managers and financial intermediaries such as broker-dealers and investment advisory firms. 

 Responsibilities 

• Drive entire successful end-to-end strategic implementations and/or firm initiatives. 
• Partner with strategic clients and internal stakeholders to formulate and build solutions to solve for broader business needs and industry transformation. 
• Identify and inform product gaps and development opportunities to uphold and expand client adoption and penetration.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of platform solutions to ensure timely delivery of implementations and platform enhancements.
• Work closely with senior management to engage new opportunities.
• Manage team of implementation managers and analysts over the lifecycle of a project. 

 Qualifications 

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience in technology platform support, implementation management, and strong client relationship management 
• Experience in the Alternative Investments industry is required 
• Possess familiarity with software-based financial solutions (transaction systems, online forms, trading software) 
• Excellent writing skills and able to produce detailed project documentation, business requirements documentation, and specifications to drive successful development 
• Exemplary attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across both internal and client stakeholders 

 Benefits 

The base salary range for this role is $125,000 to $180,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. We offer most employees the flexibility to work in the office three to four days and remotely for the remainder of the week. Every department has different needs, and some positions will be designated in-office jobs, based on their function.
