Job Summary:

Sharecare is looking for a Platform Manager to support day-to-day content production, curation and enterprise consumer content project management. The primary tasks include organizing and managing all assets and content production workflows on a project by project basis, including new product feature launches content on the Sharecare platform. The Platform Manager will also support tagging and taxonomy in the CMS and video hosting platforms (active and archive storage management). This manager will keep detailed records and support the Sr Director, Content Product Strategy in managing requests from various department stakeholders around content creation delivery across platforms, including reporting on the content available by condition or topic to use in campaigns. This person should have a working knowledge of content management systems to troubleshoot issues. This role will support editorial video publishing, including adding assets to active archive storage platforms with all necessary metadata and tracking assets in documents for counting and distributing.

Essential Functions:

* Support day-to-day content production project management for Sharecare editorial video teams
* Assist with maintainining organizing the active archive video libraries; support uploading, tagging tracking deliverables in the content management systems tracking documents
* Content packaging, including some copywriting, selecting eye-catching thumbnails SEO elements
* Support Sharecare content medical review process and related dashboard for tracking

Requirements

Qualifications:

* 3+ years production or web production experience
* Familiarity with content management systems
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google sheets
* An eye towards making SEO-friendly content optimizations visually appealing imagery
* Understanding of analytics and tagging processes a plus!
