About This Opportunity:

The Technology Partnerships Director role is responsible for strategically building and realizing value from a partner portfolio of third-party work software solution providers, while maintaining alignment to Docebo's company vision.
The Technology Partnerships Director cultivates productive, successful and trusted relationships with new Partners, as well as develops and enhances existing Partnerships. The role is responsible for the results and profitability of the Partners’ network within the territory, as well as achieving Docebo’s partner recruitment objectives. The Director also acts as an ambassador for Docebo in the broader work technology ecosystem, furthering Docebo’s reputation as an industry leader and innovative provider of learning platform solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously review and refine the ideal technology partner profile (IPP) framework
  • Develop effective partner recruiting criteria based on the IPP framework
  • Define the KPIs and metrics for the evaluation of partners, and identify the most strategically valuable types of partners accordingly
  • Manage and develop an inbound and outbound partner acquisition program – a defined strategy to evaluate incoming requests and to attract new strategic partners
  • Negotiate and close formal agreements with high value global partners
  • Define, create and manage the delivery of training programs for new partners and the ongoing training updates for existing partners
  • Define, negotiate and monitor specific performance objectives for Partners
  • Nurture and motivate the success of the network Partners
  • Collaborate with Docebo’s product organization to drive partner adoption of Docebo standard practices for platform integration development
  • Identify and manage co-marketing opportunities among the Partner/Channel Network by working closely with Docebo’s Marketing team
  • Ensure all activities are tracked in the Company CRM, including pipeline updates to enable proper forecasting
  • Provide updates on results and goals in weekly meetings with the VP of Global Partnerships

Requirements:

  • 5+ years similar experience in the HR technology industry
  • Experience building and managing partner programs
  • Strong strategic and financial analysis skills
  • Seasoned executive communication experience, with strong ability to interact and influence effectively with C-level executives and team members
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise
  • High caliber, dynamic personality
  • Extensive experience working with global teams, both internal and external
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
  • Ideally includes sales experience especially with high-growth enterprise sales and/or partner sales teams
