Platform Project Manager

The Customer Learning and Enablement (CLE) group is currently seeking an experienced project manager to lead the next generation development and release of our 'Who's Who' product and technology contact platform. In addition, the platform project manager will participate in the execution of project sprints and help to drive change for our Sales Enablement platform suite, Hyperion.

This is a cross functional and collaborative role that will require tight alignment and execution with the Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Central Apps, and IT teams. This role requires an extremely detailed oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a broad range of project and program management skills, who has a basic understanding of IS systems and technology.

This role reports into ADI's CLE Platform Manager with a solid opportunity for career growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end platform development process for Who's Who, including planning, design, development, testing, and launch
  • Manage a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is working towards the same goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with the Sales, BU and Central Apps teams to understand the business requirements and ensure the platform aligns with the company's sales enablement strategy
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, and communicate progress updates to stakeholders
  • Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budget
  • Ensure that the platform is user-friendly, meets user requirements, and is scalable and sustainable
  • Conduct regular meetings with the team to review progress and make any necessary adjustments to the project plan
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring post-release lessons learned activities for the program are completed
  • Serve as the focal point for program communications to senior management and the customer
  • Compile regular program status updates for all stakeholders and effectively escalate critical issues and risks as necessary
  • Manage vendor relationships for both ongoing planform support and project related work
  • Support Hyperion upgrades and sprints
  • Monitor workflow and platform performance
  • Triage and trouble-shooting user problems

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who is a fast learner
  • Experience in sales enablement platforms or related technologies preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in platform management/information system management with a CMS (Accent Technologies/Hyperion is a plus)
  • Experience utilizing best practices to maintain and implement platform changes
  • Sound knowledge of the systems and system management
  • Ability to translate user needs into technology that improves user experience
  • Proven project management skills with acute attention to detail
  • Highly collaborative, strong interpersonal skills, and customer-service oriented
