GreenSky is a leading company in the consumer finance marketplace specializing in Home Improvement, Retail and Health Care Credit.

Our corporate headquarters is in Atlanta, Georgia with Alpharetta as the working office.

The Endpoint Management Team will be responsible for vulnerability remediation and patch deployments. Ensuring security risk is mitigated in PC, Apple, AVD, Server, and mobile solutions. This team will be creating packages, images, and image maintenance.

We are looking for an engineer who is focused on designing, planning, maintaining, and implementing client's Endpoint standards for Microsoft and Apple laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. The Incumbent will collaborate and work with several team members, project managers, and leadership to focus on building client device management environment while working with various teams to ensure that all initiatives are completed successfully and on-time. Assist with furthering client's asset management framework to assure compliance of device standards and policies.

Location - Alpharetta, GA (Currently 100% Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for the configuration of Mac and Windows endpoint management systems, including software installations, software updates, OS patching, firmware update and antimalware.

• In-depth knowledge of SCCM - Design, Implementation, Imaging, Asset Management and Reporting.

• Working knowledge of Intune/Endpoint Management - Azure AD, AVD, Autopilot, Co-Management. MDM and implementation.

• Working knowledge of Mac endpoint management is a plus, JAMF preferred.

• Experience with and understanding of Active Directory and how it integrates with other systems.

• Experience in Scripting, Windows PowerShell for automation.

• Perform security vulnerability mitigation and monthly patching of desktop and server operating systems and software.

• Install new or rebuilt existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards defined by IT Systems Engineers.

• Perform problem analysis and resolve escalated technical problems reported by users and management.

• Contribute to and maintain system standards as well as maintain consistent installation and configuration procedures.

• Research and recommend innovative and where possible automated approaches for repetitive system administration tasks.

• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding and experience with Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM), Azure AD, Intune, and Conditional Access.

• Deployment methodology understanding and alignment.

• Experience with Azure, Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, and Windows server environments.

• Proficient in one or more modern, general purpose scripting languages. (Ex: PowerShell, Python)

• Knowledge of Windows and, as a plus, MacOS Operating Systems.

• Knowledge of patch management solutions and anti-virus technologies.

• Knowledge of global active directory administration and support.

• Skill to communicate professionally, both oral and written.

• Skill in planning such as identifying and organizing action steps to achieve a task.

• Skill to define a problem, identify root causes resulting in solutions.

• Skill at self-motivation and completing tasks in a timely manner.

• Skill at documenting procedures and configurations that are clear, concise, and easy to understand.

• Ability to work cooperatively within a group and with employees at distant locations across the business.

• Ability to organize, prioritize and respond to multiple projects and deadlines.

• Ability to work with interruptions as problems arise needing immediate attention.

• Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge on technology trends and to support innovative technologies in accordance with business goals.

Education:

• Position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent and 5 - 7 years of related experience. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to multi-task, and have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to accurately follow

direction of senior IT staff and to learn and adapt to rapidly changing technologies and environments.
