Job Description

In Platform Solutions (PS), we power clients with innovative and customer-centered financial products. We bring the best qualities of a technology player and combine that with the best attributes of a large bank. PS is comprised of four main businesses, underpinned by engineering, operations and risk management:

• Transaction Banking, a cash management and payments platform for clients building a corporate treasury system
• Enterprise Partnerships, consumer financial products that companies embed directly within their ecosystems to better serve their end customers
• Merchant Point-of-Sale Lending, a platform that provides custom credit financing for home improvement merchants to offer directly to their customers
• ETF Accelerator, a platform for clients to launch, list and manage exchange-traded funds

The successful candidate will:

• Analyze large data sets and provide effective challenge to the business with respect to issue closure
• Collaborate with cross-divisional stakeholders to review and approve issue resolution plans including control uplifts and enhancements
• Create and implement requirements and procedures for evidence-based issue validation across consumer products
• Review and provide recommendations regarding business processes associated with emerging or otherwise significant risks
• Work across the consumer businesses to facilitate consistency in risk management approach

Requirements:

• Experience with retail consumer banking products (i.e. credit cards, consumer loans, deposit/checking products) bank including knowledge of business and compliance risk management and applicable regulatory requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience

• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint, SQL and VBA a plus

• 4+ years work experience in, or working with, first or second line risk management teams including Business Risk, Operational Risk, Legal, Compliance or Financial Crimes Compliance

• Ability to drive a culture of risk management and compliance, while delivering a world class customer experience

• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management, key stakeholders and counterparts

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to drive multiple projects concurrently

• Proven ability to apply strategic thinking to complex organizational and business issues
