Responsibilities:

  • Create and modify business processes while collaborating with leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the company's performance
  • Coordinate alignment between multiple stakeholder groups; Educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each and every time
  • Monitor data/metric trends to ensure the desired outcomes were achieved and implement necessary thresholds/metrics to quantify success
  • Analyze operations key performance indicators and make recommendations to improve operational efficiency
  • Facilitate a culture of process management by assisting in process, program, project, controls, and risk management

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in Process Improvements, Process Redesign, and Cross-functional problem-solving
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to solve day to day business problems working with teams
  • Demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
  • Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of GreenSky's products
  • Process improvement and documentation experience
  • Master's Degree or MBA
  • At least 2 years of Risk Management experience
