About This Opportunity
Overview
The Analyst (Sales Education Quality Assurance) will be tasked with the quality inspection of Sales Education content, materials, and software, to ensure all are up to date and operating at the highest standards/experience output.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyze education content and resources for errors and out-of-date context
- Working within Sales Education software (i.e., Gong), listening to, categorizing, and filtering through extensive call libraries
- Build out transcript vocabularies and call recording intuitive AI
- When necessary, assisting with the facilitation and production of training classes and content
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or at least 1 year experience in a relevant field
- Ability to be a self-starter, self-motivator
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of Consumer Finance and Fin tech applications a plus
- Knowledge of LMS tools and call recording software a plus
