About This Opportunity

Position:Associate, Sr. Salesforce Administrator

Location: Atlanta/Remote

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced candidate with a solid background and hands-on design, development, configuration, implementation, and administration of a Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate will have experience with Sales, Service, Community Clouds, and proven ability to design Salesforce solution with a strong emphasis on process improvements. The candidate will have hands on experience with Salesforce and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer support. The individual will have a solid background in all aspects of a Salesforce environment(s) and will be contributing to development efforts using an Agile software development life cycle with a focus on optimizing the business and overall operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating requirements gathering sessions and able to translate business needs into proper solutions.
  • Working with the team as well as the business to solve problems and help define requirements as well as processes. Translate business requirement into technical functionality.
  • Participate with architecture team in technical evaluations, solution, and design approach discussions.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce processes with integration to GS enterprise and third-party web services.
  • Creating and Maintaining Automation Workflows, Process Builders and Complex Business Flows.
  • Managing and developing SFDC administration including user roles, security, profiles, fields/relationships, workflow rules, process, validation rules, email templates.
  • Experience transitioning from salesforce.com classic to lightning.
  • Delivery of development efforts on a timely basis within an agile development environment.
  • Contribute to the growth and efficiency of various company operations and business units.
  • Able to expeditiously analyze and create custom applications and workflows.
  • Keen attention to detail and complex problem-solving abilities from an operational and technical perspective.
  • Responsible for providing end-user support for Salesforce.com issues including system configuration and maintenance.
  • Perform code reviews and work with other team members on the proper approaches to implement Salesforce standard strategies.
  • Proven experience with various Salesforce integration tools and data management techniques.
  • Experience with AppExchange App implementations.
  • Must be committed to excellent customer service and possess strong people skills.
  • Must be an effective communicator with a can-do aggressive perspective.
  • Must be committed to contributing to a friendly, positive, and collaborative teamwork environment where you receive and offer support to/from your colleagues.

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and or equivalent business/Salesforce experience.
  • 10+ years of Salesforce experience with technical implementation, day to day operations and long-term maintenance of salesforce.
  • 4+ years of integration experience
  • 5+ years of Agile development lifecycle experience
  • 3+ years of CI/CD experience
  • 3+ years of testing automation experience
  • 4+ years with Jenkins and/or other automation deployment tools/strategies
