The Verifiable SaaS platform is built using the most recent version of .NET and runs on serverless and managed infrastructure. It is designed using RESTful best practices and consumed directly by our customers, in addition to our client apps on the web and Salesforce. Our managed Salesforce package offers rich and robust features that our customers love and depend on. We leverage all the modern tools and technologies Salesforce offers (APEX, LWC, SFDX, etc.) to ensure our package is intuitive, reliable, performant, and offers a great user experience. Our Salesforce package is a natural extension of our platform, delivering all the great capabilities our platform offers directly within our customerโ€™s SFDC instance via API integration.


Introduction:


Weโ€™re looking for a staff or architect level engineer who has worked on SaaS platforms in a role that has platform level ownership, and provided guidance to multiple engineering teams working on different parts of the platform. This person must have deep technical experience in building scalable SaaS solutions, designing & consuming API contracts, as well as familiarity with extending SaaS platforms with integrations into other SaaS products/platforms such as Salesforce. The ideal candidate is someone whoโ€™s comfortable working with technical as well as non-technical individuals on our team.

About You

  • 10+ years of experience in software development roles with progressive growth
  • Experience acting as a tech lead or staff engineer, providing guidance and mentorship to one or more engineering teams.
  • Experience building or scaling high-load SaaS platforms
  • Experience building integrations with 3rd party software services or platforms
  • Experience with Salesforce development (APEX, LWC, VisualForce, Triggers, etc.)
  • Experience building integrations between Salesforce ecosystem and 3rd party APIs
  • Strong critical thinking skills & attention to details
  • Strong communication skills
  • Humble, collaborative, and self-aware
  • Nice to have: Experience interacting with, supporting, or building & maintaining Salesforce packages, Experience working with Web or Full Stack frameworks is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Owning and driving the design, planning, and implementation of new product features
  • Ensuring alignment between platform & client apps teams on solution approach and execution
  • Ensuring scalability and extensibility of new features
  • Reviewing pull requests and safeguarding code quality
  • Collaborating with other engineering leads on work planning & execution
  • Owning technical documentation
  • Mentoring team members about code maintainability, security and efficiency
  • Identifying potential future technical problems and bottlenecks that need to be addressed
