Platform/Devops Engineer

Dark Wolf Solutions is seeking a Platform/DevOps Engineer who is interested in working on cloud-based DevOps solutions and has experience with Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI and/or Concourse CI. Our DevOps Engineers are asked to solve challenging problems for unique customers and have a direct impact on the direction of software products and solutions used by those customers.The team provides support to enhance and develop new applications, analytics, and services for the customer and to modernize capabilities through an agile, evolving requirement identification and prioritization process. This position will call for on site support three days a week in Tampa, FL. 

Responsibilities:

• Deploy and maintain critical applications on cloud-native architecture
• Implement secure automation, effective monitoring, and infrastructure as code 
• Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments 
• Support and work alongside a cross-functional engineering team on the latest technologies
• Iterate on best practices to increase the quality and velocity of deployments 
• Implement industry best practices for system hardening and configuration management 

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant experience 
• Ability to configure cloud services such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform 
• Experience implementing CI/CD with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Concourse CI
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible and Chef 
• Previous experience with Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) products such as Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, and RKE2
• Demonstrated experience with security scanning tools such as SonarQube, OWASP-DC, Anchore, Claire, Dagda, and OpenSCAP 
• Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and experience writing responses to security controls and deploying secure system
• Comfortable in a project startup environment 
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 
• US Citizenship and Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibility

Desired Qualifications:

• MS Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
• A cloud certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Previous experience supporting the DoD

This position is located in Tampa, FL and the successful candidate will need to report on site.
The estimated salary range for this position is $140,000.0 - $170,000.00, commensurate on experience and technical skill set.
