We are seeking a Player Development Agent to join our organization. This position will be responsible for developing a book of VIP customers and providing a 6 star experience.
What you’ll do:- Profitably recruit and retain a book of VIP members, providing a 6-star experience through elevated service & premium perks
- Drive significant loyalty and gaming revenue from your book of business
- Create personalized & memorable experiences for VIPs that generate increased brand affinity
- Define target events to recruit from, a rationale for why you are targeting these events, and track results against expected outcomes.
- Manage a P&L against target events
- Nurture newly acquired VIPs through their early life into a mature stage
- Provide detailed reports on your book of VIP members
- Existing network of high net worth contacts or book of existing VIP level customers
- 1-2 years of customer-facing experience, high-end customer service field preferred
- Comfortable working with limited to no guidance as an entrepreneur
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, ability to build relationships
- Passionate about providing top-tier service
- Passionate about sports (gaming knowledge is not required, but is essential to the role)
- Thrives in a hyper growth environment, willing to help where it is needed
- Travel for this role is expected. Willing & able to work non-traditional hours
- Remote, but preference given to California, Georgia, Florida, Texas.
