DraftKings invites dynamic and driven individuals to take on the role of Player Props Team Lead in Plovdiv. This pivotal position will steer our Player Props team, ensuring operational excellence, innovative market offerings, and strategic alignment with our trading operations. As a Team Lead, your leadership will not only shape the success of our player props offerings but also foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth within the team.
What you'll do as a Player Props Team Lead

• Guide and mentor the Player Props Trading team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to contribute in developing and implementing strategies for our player prop offerings.
• Ensure the smooth operation of trading activities, maintaining the availability and competitiveness of our markets.
• Lead initiatives to explore new tooling and methods that can improve our trading operations.
• Regularly review operational processes and your team's performance to identify areas for optimization.

What you'll bring

• An understanding of player prop markets across the NBA and NFL.
