The Crown Is Yours
Play a key role in the success of our trading team through the management and development of a team of traders focused on pricing and managing betting markets across various sports. As a Trading Team Lead you will create and oversee strategies to deliver a targeted and relevant sportsbook product for our customers as well as collaborate with relevant teams to develop best-in-class trading tools and processes.
What you'll do as a Player Props Trading Team Lead

• Develop and manage teams - provide regular actionable feedback and support career progression.
• Collaborate with partners and key stakeholders on strategies and programs that will proactively improve the effectiveness of processes and customer interactions.
• Manage and analyze inputs to ensure accuracy and availability for market pricing, situational data, and trading decisions to optimize the pricing of our betting products.
• Identify potential market inefficiencies and utilize these insights to optimize betting odds.
• Provide upward feedback and help to align trading department goals with company initiatives.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience with at least 3 years of trading and leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, preferably with a background in math and statistics.
• Knowledge of sports in at least one of the major US leagues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills as well as the ability to prioritize and make quick decisions.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., Excel, R, Python) would be beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 70,400.00 USD - 88,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related sills, experience, and relevant education or training.
