About the Role
We are looking for a talented and energetic marketing professional to join our PlaySports team to assist in the development and execution of industry-leading campaigns, sales enablement material, and various customer-focused communications.
Our successful candidate will be a proactive team member who consistently seeks out ways to improve process, efficiency, and effectiveness of content geared toward growing our B2B Sports Betting customer base. To succeed, you'll need knowledge and experience in integrated marketing communications and branding, with very strong creative and technical writing skills.
You will play a pivotal role in the delivery of content that directly impacts sales, supporting various roles with content gathering, editing, review tracking, and publishing of content that will drive the IGT PlaySports brand and business forward.
What You'll Do• Assist with the creation, approval, and delivery of social content, email campaigns, blog posts, and additional content to support overall product marketing messaging and thought leadership.• Upload, deliver, and/or publish final deliverables through various channels including IGT.com (Sitecore), direct email (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), social media (LinkedIn, Sprout Social), and sales enablement channel (Seismic)• Support the team with cross-channel B2B collateral, delivering the materials necessary for product launches, such as product literature, video scripts, and internal communications• Partner with appropriate customers, third-party vendors, licensors, internal management teams, business units, sales/operations, communications, creative services, web services, and others as required• Route various team projects through the appropriate approval process• Oversee IGT.com and LinkedIn content posts and updates• Run reports and gather analytics to measure efficacy of various deliverables and channels• Assists with tradeshow activities including organizing sales materials, ordering merchandise, printing marketing collateral, developing brand image and executing promotions
About You• 3+ years of experience in Marketing or related field• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business, or related field.• Passionate about writing with proven copy writing skills across all forms of communication including, but not limited to, traditional print (e.g. product literature, advertisements, direct mail), digital (e.g. social media, web copy, web advertisements, blog posts), trade publication releases• Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to summarize information or share details based on assessment of situation• Prior experience working within the Sports Betting and/or professional Sports world• Familiarity with Social Media Marketing and Event Management is preferred• Experience and / or aptitude for working with marketing automation and CRM software• Experience and / or aptitude for working creative design software e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign• B2B marketing experience within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $______ - $_______. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
