PLM Change Analyst

We are looking for a passionate and experienced PLM Change Analyst to manage a best in class PLM and Change Management system.  We are looking for people who are passionate about a more sustainable future and want to make that vision a reality. The Quality team at Lunar Energy is responsible for developing the processes and controls needed to successfully bring our Product to market.  This role will work closely with internal cross-functional teams, external Contract Manufacturers and Part Suppliers.  We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and highly collaborative team member to own this important discipline at Lunar Energy.

On a given day at Lunar, you’ll likely:

• Create and manage Bills of materials for Lunar’s NPI and Production productions
• Execute Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs) in Arena PLM tool based on inputs from cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders - Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality - to understand engineering change requests, gather required input, and facilitate change control board discussions
• Document best practices and PLM policies and train users on the same.
• Increase overall efficiency by suggesting improvements to the process

About you

• You are passionate about accelerating the adoption of renewables and improving our energy infrastructure
• BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), or equivalent industry experience; 
• 2+ years of experience in Arena PLM, BOM Management, and Change Management
• Experience with NPI and High Volume manufacturing at Contract Manufacturers
