Responsibilities

What you will learn and contribute to

  • Interface for maintenance renewals for CNC products in NAM region. Coordinating the proposal for CNC with Cx and RBC.
  • Review Current Contract terms to analyze possible areas that need to be modified.
  • Lead internal CNC coordination for the renewal.
  • Push for additional opportunities that go beyond maintenance businesses, including possible new SW developments, enhanced services, transformation support
  • Monitor financial results in NAM region and coordinate the necessary actions to correct possible discrepancies.
  • Negotiating/confirming support capabilities with Delivery team and CarePMs teams.
  • SLA/SoW/IPIS review and approval as part f L2D process.

Qualifications

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Telecommunications or related fields.
  • Prior experience on 5ESS and 4ESS products.
  • In-depth knowledge of Nokia PLM processes and tools. Prior experience as Product Manager is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a complex and changing environment.
  • Ability to identify and engage with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English
  • A team player with good collaboration attitude and skill, to work together with colleagues towards superordinate goal.
  • Good interpersonal and inter-organization capabilities & skills
  • Decision making and prioritizing own work with critical thinking skill
