35%: Support PLM separation activities Data Transfers

Facilitate review and ensure approvals for data transfer are carried out in a timely manner

Prepare separation documents for IT PLM and ParentCo in PLM Enovia

Verify to document data transfer is complete

Update PLM Data Transfer Dashboard (Excel file) to show current status

50%: Support PLM Account Access Process

Log review and approve/reject requests for PLM access based on established procedures.

Escalate to HC PLM SME as appropr

35%: Support PLM separation activities Data Transfers

Facilitate review and ensure approvals for data transfer are carried out in a timely manner

Prepare separation documents for IT PLM and ParentCo in PLM Enovia

Update PLM Data Transfer Dashboard (Excel file) to show current status

50%: Support PLM Account Access Process

Log review and approve/reject requests for PLM access based on established procedures.

Escalate to HC PLM SME as appropriate.

3M ParentCo requests: Determine if supplier workspace is available/should be setup and if it can be used in place of granting read/edit access.

15%: PLM User Support as assigned (answer questions run searches etc.)

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited university.

Minimum [4] years of experience in one or more of the following areas: business analyst system analyst technical communications in software project management technical support.

Experience MS Office Suite (Word Excel SharePoint Teams and Outlook).

General understanding or familiarity using a product lifecycle management (PLM) software platform such as ENOVIA Windchill or Teamcenter.

Effective oral and written communication skills ability to multi-task and customer-centric mindset to help the business users with questions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using PLM ENOVIA software.

Experience supporting a global organization that is ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 certified (health care or manufacturing).
