Description and Requirements

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional groups and other language teams to ensure the process runs efficiently and on schedule；

• Drive collaborative Product Development Domain solution discussions, deployment and change management in across Japan and worldwide team. And if necessary, concurrently serve as a project manager or business expert consultant;

• Translate business requirements, solution and procedure documents;

Qualifications:

• Native Japanese speaker. Proficient Chinese and English is a must;

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, five years plus experience in software or digitalization project implementation. Good at change management, solution deployment;

• Strong learning ability, teamwork and able to work under pressure;

• Has a good understanding of the electronic high-tech industry. Experience in PLM domain digitalization solution is a plus (including but not limited to Parts management, BOM management, Development Collaboration in R&D).
