Plumber

We are looking for one, possibly two experienced lead service Plumber to operate with a helper. This team will be responsible for but not limited to, daily service calls and new construction trim work. The perfect candidate will have at least five years of plumbing experience, a great work ethic, reliable transportation to work (company truck provided during work hours), and the ability to work with others. Responsibilities: - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings - Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout and installation of plumbing systems - Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure proper plumbing system installation - Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances - Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues - Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure their proper functioning - Respond to plumbing emergencies or service calls in a timely manner Skills: - Proficient in blueprint reading to understand the layout of plumbing systems - Strong knowledge of plumbing principles and practices - Skilled in various plumbing techniques such as soldering, welding, and threading pipes - Ability to use hand tools and power tools to cut, bend, and assemble pipes - Basic math skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths and angles - Familiarity with construction plumbing codes and regulations - Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues - Valid driver's license for commercial driving if required As a plumber, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality of plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various components of the plumbing system.
