Traveling Plumber – Apartment Complexes (Houston, San Antonio, Lake Jackson, Ohio) Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction plumbing, with hands-on experience in various plumbing tasks. This role requires a thorough understanding of plumbing systems, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and proficiency with both hand and power tools. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. Responsibilities • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in apartment complexes • Troubleshoot water lines, drains, toilets, water heaters, etc. • Collaborate with on-site teams to complete repairs • Ensure all work meets code and safety standards • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. • Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems. • Adhere to safety protocols while working on construction sites. • Travel between properties as scheduled What You Need: • Master Plumber License (Required) • At least3 years of plumbing experience(multi-family preferred) • Strong diagnostic and repair skills • Ability to work independently and travel regularly • Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license What We Offer: • Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) • Travel stipends or mileage reimbursement • Paid holidays and PTO • Opportunities for overtime and advancement Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00 - $36.00 per hour Benefits: • Employee discount • Paid time off Work Location: In person
